Are there any classes for beginners?
All our classes are beginner friendly. Just arrive 10 minutes early for your first class, and we’ll make sure to help you get started and feel totally comfortable

Is it okay if I am a beginner or not in shape already?
Don’t worry! We welcome beginners and look after them in every class. To make the most of your first class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can explain the workout and introduce you to your instructor

How often should I attend CULT classes?
We recommend five classes per week as an optimal number, with three classes per week at a minimum. Many CULT members take more than five classes a week, but we always recommend incorporating some rest, especially if you’re just starting out. If your muscles are very sore, give them time to repair themselves.

When will I be able to see results?
CULT members see results fast. If you are taking 3-5 classes a week, you should start to see & feel a change in your body in 2 weeks. You will notice a psychological change almost immediately. You’ll feel better about yourself and you’ll be more motivated to work out
