How can I modify the delivery slot?

Delivery time slots for a pack/Single meal can be selected at the time of purchasing a pack. If you would like to reschedule your meal for a particular day, just follow these steps - 

  1. Click on the meal in the "Today" tab
  2. Click on the settings button and change the time slot. 

Any changes in delivery slots need to be done before the cut off time for the respective meal. You can opt to change the time slot for all your meals or just for your meal of the day. Please note that this is applicable only for meals which have pre-selected time slots, not applicable for real time orders.

Need us to hand over your meal to someone else? Not an issue, just inform our health crew on the same when they call you to deliver the order.
