The two Beginner's packs are made up of a total of 14 sessions.

  1. Series 1 consist of 7 sessions, each which are between 3 - 7 minutes long.
  2. Series 2 also has a total of 7 sessions which are between 7 - 10 minutes long

Although it's not required for you to complete all of the Beginner levels before moving on to other packs, we do encourage you to complete them as both the series are an introduction to meditation. It is also an opportunity to be comfortable with's style of guided meditation.
