It takes less than 15 minutes daily and in return, you will experience greater energy, motivation, creativity, better sleep and overall better mood. So it’s a great return on investment!
Once you prioritize meditation, you will probably find the 15 minutes needed daily to meditate. If you have no time during the day, consider meditating on your commute to work (if you are not doing the driving!) or even during a brief break at office.
