To help keep track of your Mind.Fit Journey, we have a progress page with some statistics around how you’ve been doing on meditation. This includes-

  • Tracking the number of sessions you are meditating daily over a 30 day rolling period
  • Tracking the number of minutes you meditate everyday and present a 30 day rolling average

Your Streak also reflects the number of days you have been consecutively meditating and the breakup of your Fit Score reflects your day by day progress on meditation.
