  • Pick mind.fit
  • Pick 1 on 1 therapy
  • Pick a preferred center and time slot
  • Make a payment

Not sure if I should book a Therapy or a Psychiatry session. What should I choose?

If you are not sure, or trying out Professional Therapy care for the first time, we strongly recommend you book a session with a Therapist. Your Therapist will guide you and will recommend a Psychiatrist if needed.


How long does a 1 on 1 therapy session last?
Based on your needs and condition, your Therapist/Psychiatrist will suggest a journey for you, with recommendations on when you should meet your Therapist/Psychiatrist next. Please follow the same for best results.

Why should I book follow up sessions with the same Psychiatrist/Therapist?
It takes time to build the trust between a you and your Therapist, and it is critically important that both feel comfortable sharing and discussing the challenges that you face. It is therefore adviced that you should continue treatment with only 1 Therapist and 1 Psychiatrist all through the journey


Until when can I re-schedule the session?
You can re-schedule a session upto 1 hour before the session start time


Can I cancel a session once booked?
Yes, you can cancel a session from the cure.fit app. However, we recommend you re-schedule a session at a time and day of your choice. Please write to us at hello@curefit.com for more details about our cancellation policies.
